This album represents a choice I made this year to step into a part of my artistry that, for many reasons, I have always been just too shy to share. This musical part of me has always been Quiet, but present, and begging to be nurtured. So with the help and gentle encouragement of my trusted, dear friend Ted Morcaldi, I ventured into this project, in an attempt to set free something that has been captive in me for a long, long time.

The Intention of this record was to bring to light a sense of honest, vulnerable introspection- about purpose, the nature of the soul, selfhood, non-selfhood, and the big questions that each of us are charged with answering for ourselves. I sincerely hope you enjoy this music as much as I enjoyed making it.
